Diet Day 3

Alhamdulillah dah 3 hari berdiet, tanpa nasi... wargghhhh berjaya.. Sebenrnye x nasi pun still amik roti gak...

comei ek..tq.. lately nie berat dah naik smpi 5kg.. kite br perasan bile banyak baju dah start sendat.

Tak banyak mana pun nak turun berat nie, just back to normal, dah kire ok la tu.
